Spiritual Resources

During the COVID-19 crisis, we are offering worship services online only via Facebook Live and on this website. Below are instructions on how to access each of these from your computer.

You must have a Facebook account to access Facebook Live.

  1. From your News Feed, click Watch on the left.
  2. Click Live below Watch on the left.
  3. Click Search at the top of your screen, and type in Sammamish Presbyterian Church to find the video, beginning at 10am on Sunday.

You must login to the website - http://www.spconline.org.
(You're already here, but this is important information, if you're sharing these instructions with a friend.)

  1. In the website menu (the red banner at the top of the each page), click on Livestream.
  2. This will take you to the page where the worship service will be hosted.
  3. You will see a place holder that looks like a video, clicking on this won't actually show the video, but it will automatically begin once the service starts on Sunday morning.
  4. Once the service is over, you won't be able to re-watch it from this page, but it should be available for viewing from the sermon page by Monday afternoon.

Feed Swedish ER & ICU Staff

We are joining SPC member Michellle Enebo to raise money to support those on the front lines of the COVID fight right here in our community. The ER and ICU staff at Swedish Issaquah are working double shifts and putting themselves at risk to save lives, and we are thanking them by getting them meals! Your donation funds a meal from a local restaurant that is delivered directly to the staff at Swedish. This is a win, win because it supports our local restaurants too. All you have to do is go to Michelle's Go Fund Me page to help out. And, you can continue to check it to see the staff and restaurants you are directly supporting.

Help Fulfill IFCB's Emergency Needs List

SPC Mission partner, Issaquah Food and Clothing Bank, is providing critical care for families in need during this crisis. With the help from your generosity, the goal of providing 600 Lunch for the Break boxes to feed children during the Spring Break was met! However, IFCB is also meeting other substantial emergency needs. A list of essential items, including easy to access an Amazon Wish List, can be found here:

Letters for Marianwood Residents

Providence Marianwood has asked for volunteers to send handwritten notes of encouragement to its residents, who, due to COVID-19 are unable to have visitors. This is an easy way to express care and concern and is something in which the whole family can participate.  Can you help us with this need? If so, it’s easy to join in!

Choose a name from the top of this list and add your name next to it, and then write a letter or card using one of the following prompts (or your own, similar idea). https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1KMO2Vx-PvWZxM7ubRLrIMmlcxDjavmMrhS7-Cg45agw/edit?usp=sharing

1. We are thinking about you and praying for you
2. SPC is praying for you
3. Write a short anecdote or story about how you’ve seen God at work during your time at home
4. If your child would like to participate, you can download a coloring page for them to color and send. Downloadable pages are above in the Children's section.

Mail the letter to:
