Transformational Generosity 

Luke 19:1-10 and Malachi 3:6-18

1. Why do you think God tells the people of Israel put God to the test?  Is God serious?  Does this still apply to us now?  Why or why not?

2. Think of a time when you were stunned, bowled over, staggered by someone else’s generosity.  What changed as a result of the gift/generosity, in your relationships or in your life?

3.  How does Jesus’ comment to Zaccheus relate to you and me? “Today salvation has come to this house…. For the Son of Man came to seek out and save the lost.”  What does salvation have to do with sacrificial generosity?
