- Oversee/responsible for all IT Systems

Facilities Coordinator
This position supports the mission and vision of SPC by ensuring the cleaning, maintenance and repair of all campus buildings, property and its systems.
The primary responsibilities for this position are:
- Manage all existing Physical Plant maintenance requests
- Manage all Physical plant maintenance contracts
- Manage all Deferred Maintenance Projects
- Create yearly Physical Plant audit and Deferred Maintenance Schedule
- Develop a Buildings and Grounds Team
- Lead Contact for all Outside Rentals
